Round Gel Beads Hot Cold Pack

Use the healing power of hot or cold gel packs to treat minor injuries and aching muscles. The pack is simple to use, simply heat in a microwave for 30 seconds or leave in a freezer overnight and then apply to the affected area. The pack is filled with gel beads that are not toxic. It stays cold for up to 3 hours and will remain warm for up to 90 minutes. The pack has full instructions on the back and can be reused multiple times. Available in red, blue or dark blue.
