Artwork Always have your print ready artwork available so that once you decide to proceed with an order, we can process and provide you artwork for approval within 24hours.   Having artwork available in the correct file format will save you on time as our production does not start until your artwork is approved.  We accept artwork in EPS or AI files saved with vector lines.

Branding Size Each print area will vary depending on the product.  We always will maximise your branding space available at the time when we supply a proof for your to approve.  To find out the size of the branding area please email us on the promotional product you're interested in.

Colours Our stock generally comes in a range of colours, We understand you tend to look for merchandise associated with your branding / corporate colours.   However if you are required to brand in your corporate colour, we'd suggest you choose the product colour to be neurtral or opposite.  This will ensure your corporate colours are visible and not clouded by the product itself.

Design Simple is best when it comes small print areas.  Keep your design clear and smart and you'd get the most out of your promotion as well as save you money on print costs.

EPS File This stands for Encapsulated PostScript.  We require this file type to be supplied for branding your logo on to our promotional merchandise.  We also accept Adobe Illustrator vector files.

File Uploading Yes we can offer data file uploading when you order Promotional USBs from us.  Additional costs applies and can be quoted at the time you request a quotation from our friendly team.

Indent Promotional Products If you are seeking to order in thousands and thousands of promo items, ask about our Indent promotional products.  You'd get great savings because of the bulk buying!

Minimum Order All our promotional products have minimum order quantities.  Majority start from 100 or 250units.

Ordering Should you decide to place an order with us, simply return email to the staff that assisted you or to sales@cubicpromote.com.au confirming your desire to proceed with your order.  We only accept written confirmation of orders.  Please include your order quantity, item, print colours and delivery address

Planning Planning ahead is essential.  Whilst we endeavour to work towards your schedule we recommend ordering a couple weeks in advance of your event.  It would ensure any unforeseen events such as natural disasters and courier delays are covered for.

Quality Rest assured we supply not only quality service but quality product that is value for money.

Save Save Save You can save by reducing the number of colour prints,  ordering the next price bracket if your budget can stretch.   The higher the volume, the more you'd save on the per unit cost.

Turnaround time Our standard turnaround times are 2 weeks, however we are able to offer quicker turnaround times for certain products.  If you are in a rush for promotional items, we do have a range of merchandise that can be turnaround in 3working days and even 24hours from artwork approval (excluding delivery time).  Indent products will have a longer lead time and we will let you know in advance.

Units All our promotional merchandise are supplied in units unless stated.  Certain products in the confectionery are sold in kilograms.
