What is Your Standard Turnaround Time?

The standard production time frame for promotional products is two weeks from your invoice payment and full artwork approval. If a product is an indent item, then its description will note its alternate production time (usually 6-10 weeks).

How Do I Place an Order?

Contact our sales team via any inquiry box on the website, or you may contact us here. If you email us or inquire directly, please include the following details;

  • Product Name
  • Quantity
  • Your preferred decoration
  • Delivery address and contact details
  • Artwork file for branding on the item

Do You Need My Logo in a Particular File Format?

When you want to proceed with a product order, we ask that you supply your logo to us in an EPS, AI, or vectorised PDF file. We require your file in one of these formats to provide the best quality decoration possible.

What If I Don't Have My Logo in The Right Format?

That's fine, but we will need to have your logo or art redrawn into the correct format to proceed with the order. You can have the artwork redrawn by your own team, or we can hire a great value external designer to do the work for you. Prices for this range between $5-$45 depending on the complexity of your design.

What is The Size of The Branding Area On Your Products?

Each print area will vary depending on the product. We will always maximise the use of this space when providing you with a proof for approval. To confirm the size of a particular product's branding area, email us the name of the product you are interested in, and we will advise you.

What Colour Options Do You Have Available?

Colour options will vary depending on the product you are interested in. We try to have as many corporate colour options available, but if you do need a particular Pantone-matched colour, then you will need to request an indent order that is manufactured completely to your colour specifications. Ask your friendly sales manager for more information. If you're unsure what colour to order then, we suggest selecting a neutral colour like black or white. By choosing black or white, you are ensuring maximum attention is focused on your logo.

What are Minimum Order Quantities?

These are the lowest possible numbers of a product we can supply. Because we supply bulk quantities of items, we generally cannot accept orders below the minimum order quantity listed on our product pages. We have a minimum order quantity to ensure the lowest possible price and fastest delivery time for each promotional product. If you're unsure about an MOQ, please don't hesitate to ask your sales manager.

How Can I Pay For My Order?

We accept EFT (direct bank deposits), credit card, and cheque payments for promotional product orders. Please refer to our payment options page for full details on the methods we accept.

Simple is best when it comes small print areas.  Keep your design clear and smart, and you'll get the most out of your promotion as well as save money on print costs.


Planning ahead is essential.  While we endeavour to work towards your schedule, we recommend ordering a couple of weeks in advance of your event.  It would ensure any unforeseen events such as natural disasters and courier delays are covered for.

You can save by reducing the number of colour prints, ordering the next price bracket if your budget can stretch, or opting for a more cost-effective style of product.  Reducing the number of colours we print means you have fewer setup costs and lower per unit prices. Similarly, the more units you order, the more you save on the per unit cost, which is why we recommend opting for the next price bracket. We have a lot of products in each category so our sales team can always suggest a more budget-friendly product that's similar to a higher-end product that interests you.


All our promotional merchandise are supplied in units unless stated.  The only key exception to this is certain products in the confectionery category that we sell by the kilogram (kg).
