It has a soft-feel finish and a handy elastic strap on the back that keeps it in place, so you can move around while using it. The pack is filled with non-toxic gel beads that come in a range of colours. It stays warm for up to 90 minutes and will remain cold for up to 3 hours. These re-usable packs have full instructions on the back. Allow for a 10 to 15 working day lead time for this product.
