This gel pack comes in a gift box and can be used to treat aching muscles and other small injuries. The pack can be heated in a microwave for 30 seconds or left overnight in a freezer. To use, simply apply to the affected area. The pack is filled with a non-toxic gel that comes in a blue colour. It stays warm for up to 90 minutes and remains cold for up to 3 hours. These re-usable packs have full instructions on the back. Plan for a 10 to 15 working day lead time for this product.
