This cap is constructed from cotton that is unbrushed. We used 100% heavy cotton weighted fabric to create this cap and then we used starching to create 6 panels. The result? A unique cap which feels like a premium product yet has a structured relaxed look about it. Price for the Custom Printed Fitted Caps includes branding of your logo via embroidery with a stitch count of 8,000. Larger or smaller embroidery is also possible. Just email us your logo for a quote. Screen printing of your logo or image is possible on this headwear. Not all graphics or layouts may work well with screen printing though so for advice simply call us or email us and we would be glad to assist you.
