If you require custom branded products faster than our standard two week turnaround time, please let us know at the time of your purchase order. We can express deliver this product with a three day turnaround time at an additional cost of 15% on top of the total.
Standard Turnaround Time
The regular turnaround time for this item is two weeks, or 10 working days, from the date of purchase order confirmation.
Australian Delivery Information
At the moment, we only accept purchase orders for delivery of promotional products, within Australia only. For overseas purchase orders may be possible, but freight needs to be discussed and confirmed via email.
Artwork File format for Branding Your Graphics
To brand this promotional product, we would require your graphics or logos, supplied to us in an Adobe Illustrator format, saved with vectorized outlines. To provide us with the art file, please email it through to us. (if needed we can provide you with a Dropbox or FTP file transfer details for the file transfer)
Payment Options
We accept payment for merchandise through, Paypal, Direct Bank Transfer, American Express, Mastercard, Visa card as well as Cheque.
Fees and Charges
All prices include Australian GST of 10%. There is no additional charge for branding set ups. A flat rate delivery fee applies. All items sold in bulk wholesale volumes only, unless indicated otherwise or for sampling purposes.
Product Samples
Several options are available for you to obtain a sample of this product.
- Free Virtual Samples are personalised with your graphic or logo. Simply email us your graphic, and we will create a mock up of the item with your branding
- Physical Sample. Where possible this will be for free. For other instances, the physical sample will be priced per unit at the lowest pricing bucket plus freight
- Pre-production Sample. For a real sample, that is personalised with your corporate graphics or logos; this will cost anywhere between $75 - $200. Please contact a sales team member to discuss this option
